Why AI Agent Strategy

The GTM playbook is being rewritten by AI agents. This site is where I share what I am learning as it happens.

Something is shifting in B2B SaaS. If you work in go-to-market, you can feel it.

The tools are changing. The workflows are changing. The expectations for what a small team can ship are changing. And at the center of it all are AI agents. Not the sci-fi kind, but the practical kind. The ones that research your competitors while you eat lunch. The ones that draft, build, and deploy before your standup ends.

I started this site because I needed a place to think out loud about what’s happening.

What this site is about

AI Agent Strategy is about one question: How do AI agents change the way B2B SaaS teams go to market?

Not in theory. In practice.

I’m a GTM practitioner who’s been deep in Claude Code and other AI tooling. Running real experiments, building real workflows, and learning what actually works vs. what just sounds good on a LinkedIn post.

This site is where I share those learnings.

What you’ll find here

The content falls into three buckets:

Vision. Where is this going? AI agents aren’t just faster tools. They’re reshaping how GTM teams are structured, what roles look like, and what’s possible with a lean team. I’ll share my take on the bigger shifts.

Use cases. What actually works? Step-by-step breakdowns of real workflows: content production, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, SEO, outbound. All using AI agents. No hypotheticals. Just things I’ve built and run.

Readiness. How do you get started? Frameworks for deciding what to automate, how to evaluate your team’s readiness, and where to begin without blowing up your existing motion.

Why now

A year ago, AI in GTM meant “use ChatGPT to write a blog post.” That was chapter one.

We’re now in a different chapter. AI agents can hold context across entire projects. They can research, draft, build, and ship. Not just answer questions. Claude Code, specifically, has changed how I work in ways I didn’t expect.

But most of the conversation around AI and GTM is still surface-level. There’s not enough from people who are actually in the weeds, building with these tools every day.

That’s the gap this site fills.

Who this is for

If you’re a marketer, seller, or GTM leader at a B2B SaaS company and you’re trying to figure out how AI agents fit into your work, this is for you.

If you’re skeptical but curious, even better. I’m not here to sell you on AI. I’m here to show you what I’m finding, honestly, and let you decide what’s useful.

What’s next

I’ll be publishing daily. Short, practical posts. Each one will either share a point of view, walk through a use case, or give you a framework you can apply to your own team.

Let’s go.
